Trent found out he has Celiac Disease in August 2010. After being told he had to remove wheat, barley, and rye from his diet I think he lived on corn tortillas and lunch meat for 3 weeks. We freaked, we had no clue what to do and what this really meant. We are still learning what a GF lifestyle really means, we make mistakes, we experiment, we're doing better. I'm going to share receipes, foods, drinks and restaurants we feel do a great job of offering GF options.
